The J. M. Guthrie Clubhouse at Scarborough Rugby Club is the perfect choice for holding your conference, meeting, exhibition, lecture, presentation, team building exercise or any other business need you may have! You can choose from our three conference and meeting rooms all of which benefit from natural daylight and views out onto the pitches and the picturesque North Yorkshire Coast. Scarborough Rugby Club also houses Barons Health & Fitness Centre and as a little extra for all our meeting and conference delegates we offer the opportunity to use the gym facilities Free of Charge on the day of the meeting. This can be before or after the meeting depending upon when suits.
The J. M. Guthrie Clubhouse offers a refreshing change to the traditional meeting room with over 300 free on-site car parking spaces.
Which Room to Hire?
The Qdos Suite & Sponsors Lounge are located on the first floor with doors leading out onto the balcony overlooking the pitch and beautiful North Yorkshrie Coast. Both rooms benefit from under-floor heating and are fully air-conditioned with full WI-FI access. The Alan Elliott Boardroom is located on the ground floor and can be used for smaller meetings for up to 12 delegates
